Responsibility
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize product exposure and sales.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and attractively displayed.
- Collaborate with store managers and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal layouts.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize product placement and inventory turnover.
- Maintain brand consistency across all displays in accordance with company guidelines.
- Train and guide retail staff on merchandising best practices and customer engagement techniques.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail merchandising, visual display, or inventory management (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of retail operations, consumer behavior, and sales techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetic design and spatial arrangement.
