Responsibility
- Lead and manage retail operations across multiple locations in Bali, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Train, mentor, and develop store managers and sales teams to enhance performance and customer service.
- Ensure inventory management and merchandising standards are maintained to optimize sales and customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and corporate partners.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in consumer electronics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
