Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive foot traffic and maximize revenue.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, average transaction value) and adjust strategies to meet business goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health/safety regulations, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Collaborate with corporate teams on promotions, marketing campaigns, and stock replenishment.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a mall or high-traffic store environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and retail analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (preferred).
