Responsibility
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and visibility on e-commerce platforms.
- Manage and update product listings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and SEO optimization.
- Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and inventory teams to align merchandising efforts with business goals.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Create compelling product descriptions, images, and promotional content to enhance customer engagement.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely product availability and inventory management.
- Generate reports and insights to track KPIs and present findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, retail, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Tokopedia, Shopee).
- Proven ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital trends and customer experience.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
