Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth for Sozo Dental services and products.
- Conduct in-person and virtual consultations to understand client needs and recommend tailored dental solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and effective negotiation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, events, and digital strategies to attract potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Stay updated on Sozo Dentalās product offerings, pricing, and industry trends to deliver accurate and compelling sales pitches.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, healthcare, or dental industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
