Responsibility
- Support day-to-day procurement operations to ensure smooth stock replenishment across warehouses.
- Maintain and coordinate relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to prevent stockouts.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and supplier interactions.
- Resolve any issues related to procurement and supplier coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of retail and consumer products industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
