Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising clients on Feng Shui products and their benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including product displays and inventory stocking.
- Educate customers on the significance and proper use of Feng Shui items to enhance their well-being.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking products to ensure availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on new product arrivals, promotions, and Feng Shui trends to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (Feng Shui or wellness industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of Feng Shui principles or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
