Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on musical instruments, accessories, and pro audio equipment.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to help customers select the right instruments or gear based on their skill level, budget, and needs.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, card payments, and inventory management using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including restocking merchandise and setting up displays.
- Participate in store promotions, events, and workshops to drive foot traffic and enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on new product releases, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in musical instruments, electronics, or specialty products.
- Passion for music and a basic understanding of musical instruments, audio equipment, or related products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the music retail industry.
