Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services to meet operational needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and implement strategies to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while identifying and evaluating new potential vendors.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, logistics, and warehouse operations, to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, supplier communications, and inventory data for reporting and auditing purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role, preferably in the retail or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices in supply chain logistics.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
