Responsibility
- Conduct in-person sales visits to retail outlets, distributors, and potential clients in Denpasar, Badung, and surrounding areas.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned products and territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring product visibility and stock availability.
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and promotional support to retail staff and customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify sales opportunities.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, including visit logs, orders, and market insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical business practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, FMCG, or consumer products (fresh graduates with strong sales skills are encouraged to apply).
- Must own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C (driver’s license) for mobility.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market (Denpasar, Badung, Canggu, Ubud, etc.) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
