Responsibility
- Conduct market surveys to assess the distribution and sales performance of tobacco products in assigned retail outlets (e.g., convenience stores, warungs, minimarkets).
- Collect and record accurate data on product availability, pricing, promotions, and competitor activities.
- Identify trends in consumer purchasing behavior and retailer preferences within the tobacco segment.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide actionable insights based on field observations.
- Maintain detailed records of survey findings using digital tools or company-provided software.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and ethical standards during data collection.
- Submit timely reports summarizing survey results, including recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in ad-hoc market research projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Prior experience in market research, retail, or field surveys is advantageous but not required.
- Strong observational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices or tablets for data entry.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data organization.
