Responsibility
- Engage with customers in-store to promote DIY hardware products, providing detailed information and demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure optimal product placement, stock levels, and visual merchandising.
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Participate in in-store promotions, events, and campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to build long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in hardware or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customer groups.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus.
