Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail stores, malls, or promotional events to introduce and demonstrate products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective promotion and upselling techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Set up and maintain attractive product displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Distribute samples, brochures, or promotional materials to potential customers.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the sales team for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure product availability and stock replenishment.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in marketing, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or promotional roles (preferably in consumer goods).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to approach and engage with diverse customers.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills to drive product interest and sales.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by promotional schedules.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and adherence to brand representation standards.
