Responsibility
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in retail environments across Bali
- Implement Pareto principles to identify and prioritize high-value sales opportunities
- Maintain excellent product knowledge of Tirta Group's diverse offerings (logistics, warehousing, and FnB products)
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling techniques
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure optimal product availability and display
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Participate in regular sales training and product knowledge sessions
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or order processing
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work in fast-paced retail environments
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, Microsoft Office)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of Pareto principles or 80/20 rule is a plus
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or FnB industries is advantageous
