Responsibility
- Manage daily sales operations at assigned merchant locations, ensuring exceptional customer service and brand representation.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement with customers and effective product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales transactions, and customer interactions using company-provided tools.
- Collaborate with the retail team to implement promotional strategies, discounts, and loyalty programs to boost sales.
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and pricing to drive informed purchasing decisions.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely restocking of high-demand items.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide valuable insights to the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic reporting tools is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in fixed merchant locations across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as assigned.
