Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives and merchandisers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to boost sell-through rates for electrical and building material products.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities in Bali’s retail sector.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal product availability and pricing strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and customer feedback to refine merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, contractors, and distributors.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in electrical or hardware products.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales growth, and meet revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales forecasting and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and retail management tools.
- Knowledge of electrical and building materials products is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations in Bali as needed.
