Responsibility
- Provide personalized consultations to walk-in customers, identifying their sleep needs and recommending appropriate mattress and bedding solutions
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and quality differences to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems, including handling cash, credit card payments, and financing options
- Maintain showroom presentation standards, including product displays, merchandising, and inventory organization
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product returns
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in home furnishings, furniture, or luxury goods
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about sleep technology and bedding materials
- Customer service-oriented with a consultative sales approach
- Basic computer skills for POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to demonstrate products and assist with showroom setup
