Responsibility
- Drive sales of health supplements by engaging customers in retail outlets and providing expert product recommendations.
- Educate customers on the benefits, usage, and ingredients of health supplements to enhance their purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive customer outreach and relationship building.
- Conduct in-store promotions, demonstrations, and sampling events to boost product visibility and demand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns tailored to the local market.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new supplement launches to remain a trusted advisor to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in health, wellness, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Strong product knowledge or a keen interest in health supplements, nutrition, or wellness.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by retail demands.
