Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and consumer trends in Denpasar and surrounding areas.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to optimize business strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, product launches, and in-store activations.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in assigned retail outlets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, consumer goods, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its retail landscape is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) as required.
