Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, visual displays, and inventory organization.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, styling advice, and purchase decisions to drive conversions.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage POS systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and brand offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and inventory counts as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Passion for fashion, luxury brands, or retail with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
