Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager to address operational challenges, implement solutions, and improve efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock management, and ensure product displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and operational metrics.
- Ensure the store adheres to health, safety, and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
