Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive customer engagement and strategic selling techniques.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Collaborate with the retail team to organize in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including daily transactions, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and complaints.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic sales software is a plus.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail business needs.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred; additional languages are a bonus.
