Responsibility
- Manage and execute import and local food procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.
- Conduct pricing analysis and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
- Oversee logistics coordination, including transportation, delivery schedules, and inventory management.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory permits and documentation for all procurement activities.
- Manage fixed assets related to procurement, including tracking, maintenance, and depreciation.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to enhance collaboration and reliability.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and market trends to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the food industry.
- Proven track record in negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier management.
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations, permits, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
