Responsibility
- Manage and maintain in-store and online product displays to enhance visual appeal and customer engagement.
- Track inventory levels and ensure that products are adequately stocked and displayed.
- Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions on product placement and promotions.
- Collaborate with the retail and marketing teams to develop and implement merchandising strategies.
- Ensure that all merchandising standards and guidelines are followed consistently.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide training and guidance to store staff on merchandising best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Retail Merchandiser or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual presentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Flexibility to travel to different store locations as needed.
