Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive outreach and in-store engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using CRM tools.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on business needs.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
