Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and report low stock to the management team.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotional campaigns, sales events, and in-store marketing activities.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles (entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Basic numerical and computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems.
