Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and purchase decisions to drive sales and satisfaction.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including restocking products, arranging displays, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items according to company standards and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or food service is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
