Responsibility
- Lead and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of productivity, customer service, and team morale.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing promotional strategies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Conduct regular staff training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards in the store.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute local marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within retail, department stores, or supermarkets.
- Proven track record in team leadership, sales growth, and customer service excellence.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with electronics retail (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
