Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to optimize product assortment and pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients and local influencers.
- Coordinate with corporate teams on marketing initiatives, promotions, and new product launches.
- Uphold the highest standards of store presentation and customer experience in alignment with our luxury brand identity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in luxury fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
