Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized recommendations for optical products and services.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
