Responsibility
- Provide expert consultation to customers on flooring options, including materials, styles, and installation processes.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement and follow-ups.
- Conduct in-store and on-site consultations, assessing client needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution from sale to completion.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and post-sale support with professionalism and efficiency.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (flooring/home improvement industry is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of flooring materials, installation, and maintenance (training provided).
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and POS systems.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
