Responsibility
- Provide expert consultation to customers on flooring options, including materials, styles, and durability.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Conduct in-store and on-site consultations to assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, pricing, and industry trends.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and present quotes, contracts, and sales agreements accurately and promptly.
- Participate in local trade shows, promotions, and marketing events to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home improvement, flooring, or interior design.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Familiarity with flooring products, installation processes, and industry standards is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
