Responsibility

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable electronics and home appliances.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective product demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of TBC Elektrik’s product range, including features, benefits, and pricing, to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash, credit card, and digital payments securely.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, product displays, and merchandising to ensure a visually appealing retail environment.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to meet store goals, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and promotional strategies to provide customers with the best possible shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics, home appliances, or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and home appliances is a plus, but training will be provided.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of the retail business.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
