Responsibility
- Approach and engage potential customers in retail environments, events, or high-traffic areas.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and promotions to drive sales conversions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to deliver compelling pitches.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to refine skills and techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with outdoor/field work.
- Basic understanding of sales principles (training provided for beginners).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior sales experience is advantageous but not required.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (preferred).
