Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product knowledge on sports apparel, footwear, equipment, and accessories to drive sales.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Maintain store presentation standards by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring a clean, inviting environment.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a solution-oriented approach to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
- Passion for sports, fitness, or lifestyle productsâknowledge of brands and trends is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and other languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian) is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends, holidays, and peak tourist seasons.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks.
- Flexibility to work in different store locations across Bali as needed.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to learn and grow.
