Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional in-store service to create memorable shopping experiences
- Demonstrate product features and benefits for smartphones, tablets, and home appliances with expert knowledge
- Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs and budget through consultative selling
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Maintain store presentation standards, including product displays, signage, and overall store cleanliness
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends through regular training
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in electronics or consumer goods (fresh graduates welcome to apply)
- Excellent command of English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Russian, etc.) are a strong advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn about smartphones and home appliances
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (for foreign applicants)
