Based in one of our high-traffic stores across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will engage with customers, showcase the latest mobile devices, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Your enthusiasm, product knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on smartphone and accessory purchases.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to help customers select the best devices and accessories to meet their needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store display to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, receipts, and inventory updates.
- Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and inventory management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in electronics or mobile devices).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for technology and smartphones with the ability to learn new products quickly.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management is advantageous.
