Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash transactions, and process payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to attract and retain customers.
- Restock merchandise, monitor inventory levels, and report low stock to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving complaints and addressing concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Uphold company policies and standards, including health, safety, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – full training provided for the right candidates.
