Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a retail team to deliver outstanding sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
