As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be the face of our brand, working closely with retail partners to maximize product visibility, optimize shelf space, and enhance customer engagement. Your efforts will directly impact our market presence and revenue growth in key locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to boost product sales and visibility in retail stores.
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to ensure product availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with retail partners, including store managers and sales teams.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Provide training and support to retail staff on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for product display, branding, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or retail, preferably in the home improvement or building materials industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with retail partners and customers.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple store visits and tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and sales analytics.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions in Bali.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a keen eye for detail.
