Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, promotions, and store policies to offer accurate information.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with precision.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, product displays, and cycle counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in line with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in home goods, furniture, or lifestyle products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission-based or performance-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer literacy, including POS systems and inventory management tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail schedules.
- Passion for home decor, interior design, or related fields is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or retail management are advantageous.
