Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement and product knowledge.
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized store layout in alignment with brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments with integrity.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandise displays, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or footwear.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a retail setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in store operations.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
