Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of electronics, appliances, and tech gadgets to guide customer purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card payments, and receipt issuance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure inventory accuracy and report stock shortages or discrepancies.
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for technology and electronics with a willingness to learn about new products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets under pressure.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is advantageous.
