Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on Dyson products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and product demonstrations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dyson’s product range, features, and benefits to address customer inquiries confidently.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing according to brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet daily operational goals and enhance the shopping experience.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock checks and restocking.
- Stay updated on promotions, loyalty programs, and sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or luxury goods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about Dyson’s technology.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Basic computer skills for POS systems and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is advantageous.
