Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs, recommending products, and closing transactions effectively.
- Process payments, handle returns/exchanges, and manage cash registers with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards, including stocking, organizing, and replenishing products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, tagging merchandise, and conducting stock checks.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by store operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
- Passion for fashion, retail, or luxury goods with a keen eye for trends.
