Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our offerings.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, escalating when necessary to resolve conflicts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure inventory is stocked, labeled, and rotated efficiently.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to provide expert recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and cash handling; training will be provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or marketing is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by retail schedules.
