Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and usage, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and upselling strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system, including handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking, restocking, and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide the best possible service to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail technologies.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with the local market and consumer preferences in Bali is an advantage.
