Responsibility
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service, greeting and assisting customers with product inquiries.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of high-end consumer electronics (e.g., smartphones, laptops, wearables, home appliances) to drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on the latest electronics, promotions, and industry trends.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure visual merchandising standards are met and inventory is well-stocked.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to team meetings to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or technology products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Strong product demonstration and persuasion skills to influence purchasing decisions.
- Basic technical knowledge of consumer electronics (training provided for specific products).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
