Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.

- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and assist in stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in alignment with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance in-store operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly about new offerings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic inventory management skills and attention to detail.
