Responsibility
- Provide expert product demonstrations and consultations for BOSE audio systems to customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in a retail environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of BOSE product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Assist in store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics or premium products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for audio technology and a willingness to learn about BOSE products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
